Role Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and persuasive International Sales Associates to join our growing team in Mumbai. You will be responsible for engaging with international clients, understanding their requirements, and offering the best matchmaking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.

- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate matchmaking services.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.

- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate customer records.

- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in international sales or BPO

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Persuasive and confident in handling objections.

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
