We are looking for an International BPO Executive to join our team in Bopal. In this role, you will be an important part of our customer service operations, helping to provide exceptional support to our global clients. The position is full-time and requires you to work from our office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Support:** Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers from different backgrounds. A basic understanding of customer service principles is desired, as is the ability to work well in a team environment. You should be comfortable using computers and have a keen attention to detail for accurate data management. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential, as you will be expected to adapt to new challenges. Prior experience is not necessary, making this an ideal position for fresh graduates.
