Interior Site Supervisor

• Excellent MS Excel & Auto-CAD

• Maintaining databases and filling systems.

• Need to visit and co-ordinate with superior management.

• Ability to handle multiple projects at a time

• Regular site visits to check if contractor is maintaining quality and following drawings

• Taking site measurements, making layout in cad.

• Maintain the site record and complete the work under timeline.

• Check plans, drawings, site measurements, quantities for accuracy of calculations & bill checking.

• Prepare material reconciliation report

• Vendor follow-up for material / sample procurement

• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.

• Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
