They act as the primary link between designers, clients, and contractors, supervising tasks such as carpentry, electrical, and painting while managing safety and material inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management: Monitor daily construction progress to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Quality Control: Inspect workmanship to ensure it matches approved drawings, layouts, and high-end residential/commercial standards.

Coordination: Schedule and manage subcontractors, contractors, and vendors (., painters, electricians, carpenters).

Material Management: Verify material quality, check on-site inventory, and track incoming deliveries.

Communication: Act as the interface between clients, interior designers, and management, providing regular progress reports.

Site Safety: Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and maintain site cleanliness.
