Interior Designer (Full Time)

• undertake design project from concept to completion.

• interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.

• set costs and project fees according to budget.

• research and decide on materials and products sourcing.

• produce sample and mood products.

• supervise work progress.

• coordinate with various consultants (mep, structures etc) and contractor.

• research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises.

• source products, . fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration and dressing, and provide samples for clients.

• make presentations of concepts to be used in the project, structures, interiors, setting project schedule, estimates, boq, design concepts, lay outing.

• prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design (cad) software.

• 3 to 4 yrs of relevant experience of having worked on first cut, layout drawings, elevations & gfc with architecture & interior designing firms on commercial / retail and hospitality projects.

• should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, site coordinator & vendors.

• expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.

• proficient in autocad, sketchup, 3d max, illustrator or other design programs

• creative talent, imagination and eye for design

• communication and presentation skills
