Interior Designer Cum Sales Executive (Female)

We are looking for a talented and motivated Interior Designer Cum Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a blend of design expertise and sales skills, with 4 to 8 years of experience in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Creation: Develop innovative interior design concepts tailored to client needs, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal in various spaces.

- Client Consultations: Conduct meetings with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the design process.

- Sales Proposals: Prepare and present sales proposals that include design plans, materials, and cost estimates, effectively communicating the value and benefits of the designs.

- Project Management: Oversee project timelines and budgets, coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of design projects.

- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide fresh ideas to clients and enhance sales strategies.

- Building Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, maintaining regular communication and addressing any concerns to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is essential. A strong ability to understand client needs and translate them into stylish and functional designs is crucial.
