Role Summary

The Senior Integration Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing enterprise integrations between the claims platform and various internal and external systems.

The role requires strong hands-on coding expertise and deep experience in enterprise-level system integrations within insurance environments.

Key Responsibilities (R&R)

ï‚·Design and implement REST API-based integrations.

ï‚·Integrate with:

o PAS / TIAL

o Finance systems

o NetAssess

o Service Providers

ï‚·Implement secure authentication mechanisms:

o OAuth

o SSO

ï‚·Define:

o Error handling mechanisms

o Reconciliation processes

o Retry mechanisms

ï‚·Ensure:

o Performance optimization

o Low latency

o High availability of integrations

ï‚· Maintain regulatory compliance and secure data exchange standards.

ï‚·Support:

o SIT (System Integration Testing)

o UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

o Production deployment activities.

Technical Skills & Expertise

API & Integration Development

ï‚·Writing REST APIs

ï‚·Parsing and transforming JSON/XML payloads

ï‚·Mapping fields between systems

ï‚·Implementing validation logic

ï‚·Exception handling, logging, and retry mechanisms
