Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
Introduce and explain insurance products briefly
Schedule appointments for the sales team
Follow up with customers to confirm appointments
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and bookings
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover
Key Skills Required:
Good communication skills Tamil + English (Optional)
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales process (Preferred)
Ability to handle objections confidently
Basic computer knowledge
