Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets through direct channel sales (bancassurance) in assigned territories.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of life insurance products into banking channels.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-5 years of experience in bancassurance sales or direct sales within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of life insurance products and their applications in various customer segments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
Mandatory Requirements
Min. Graduation is MUST.
Direct Sales candidates are only preferred.
This is a field job. Candidates needs to own/ able to ride a two-wheeler vehicle for easy commute to the assigned branches.
