post: - insurance consultant/ retail partner (rp)/business development and sales executive

salary : (inc. allowance)+ incentives extra

recruitment process - interview + irdai exam ( training will be given )

exam centre : nearest nseit centre of your location

branch: kolkata ( work from home )

job role: team leader (recruit > activate >team management > team development >team building > drive sales through team only).

during the on job training( practical + theory) you will receive a stipend of ₹ plus, according to your performance.

the on job training ( practical ) will be of approx. 3 months.

currently, irda training will be provided via zoom apps.

interview will be on zoom app
