**Responsibilities:**

2. **Student Enrollment:**

- Coordinate enrollment processes and ensure accurate record-keeping

3. **Class Scheduling:**

- Ensure that classes run efficiently and meet the needs of students.

4. **Parent Communication:**

- Communicate with parents regarding student progress, events, and institute updates.

- Address parent concerns and maintain a positive relationship with the community.

5. **Quality Assurance:**

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the abacus program.

- Implement improvements based on feedback and performance assessments.

6. **Marketing and Promotion:**

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the institute.

7. **Record Keeping:**
