Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation, testing, and commissioning of company products (ramps, fabrication items, machinery, etc.)
2. Visit customer sites for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance activities
3. Identify technical issues and provide quick and effective solutions
4. Maintain service reports, documentation, and daily work records
5. Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, technical support, and customer requirements
6. Ensure all safety standards and company guidelines are followed at site locations
7. Provide basic training to customers on product usage and maintenance
8. Assist project and sales teams during execution and installation phases
Required Skills:
9. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems
10. Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
11. Good communication and customer-handling skills
12. Willingness to travel to client locations
