about the role: 
interact with prospects, identify qualified leads and follow-up with students post-counselling. 
key deliverable/ kpi: 
# number of users accounts created in agreed period (lead-to-user conversion) 
# number of qualified leads generated in agreed period (qualified leads/ leads) 
responsibilities 
make outbound calls daily using the data provided 
receive inbound calls, answer queries and engage with prospects on their specific requirement 
convert prospects from initial contact phase to qualified leads, to sign-up for counseling sessions 
convert the live chats and calls to new business leads. to inform potential clients of the company's services 
follow up with signed-up clients or prospects for future business opportunities 
keep records of calls, chats and notes efficiently, for follow up. 
essential qualifications: 
a track record in lead qualification/call centre, preferably with some experience in the ed-tech sector 
freshers ``welcome. do tell us how your education / background can help in our mission.
strong verbal and written communication skills 
a positive approach to objection handling is essential 
knowledge of one or more indian vernacular languages will be an asset 
education: 
graduation is desirable.
