Yocket is India's largest study abroad platform with over 1 million students on board in just 8 years of its inception. Our rockstar sales team has played a pivotal role in getting us where we are, especially in the recent years.

Responsibilities (aka how does your day looks like, your KRAs and career growth)

You'll be assigned high quality leads on our CRM.

Your job is to speak with these leads (they are all study abroad aspirants or their parents), understand their ambitions and guide them about their career - and while doing so pitch our services and explain how can we help them with their dreams.

Convince them about our product and services, follow up rigorously and close that sale (and feel that rush of adrenaline pumping in your bloodstreams).

After closing the sale, student will be serviced by a separate team but you can still be in touch with them occasionally.

Maintain CRM hygiene

Attend events (both online and offline) to get insights from the students as well get some high quality leads (apart from the ones that are assigned to you on the CRM).

Meet weekly and monthly targets to get sales incentives, surprise perks from the management team (including founders) and social recognition within the organisation as well as on the social networks.

And most importantly feel proud when these students eventually get into top universities abroad and they thank you for your help.

Consistently meeting your sales target would open up opportunities to become level 2 and senior associates, followed by team lead and even in the mid management.

Diligent with reach-out and follow ups with the leads

Hunger and passion for meeting sales numbers
