**Job Role:** Sales Executive / Home Consultant
**Location:** Bengaluru
**Requirements:**
* Retail sales background preferred
* Minimum **3 months internship** in sales/retail
* Good communication skills
* Customer handling skills
**Salary:** Up to ₹4 LPA + incentives

Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage walk-in customers in a warm and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture and home décor solutions
Deliver a delightful customer experience and build long-term relationships
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Assist customers with order placement, billing, and post-sales support
Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation
Update daily sales reports and customer interaction details
Encourage repeat business through excellent service and follow-ups
Eligibility & Skills
Freshers are welcome (0-2 years experience in sales/retail/customer service preferred)
Excellent communication skills are mandatory
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities
Interest in furniture, home décor, or interior styling
Bachelor’s degree in any stream
Sales-driven mindset with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Comfortable with 6 working days and 1 rotational weekly off
Candidates must be willing to share references (academic or professional)
