job responsibilities:

the responsibilities would primarily include the outbound, inbound & online chat processes,

1. must have good communication in both english & tamil

2. better understanding of sales

3. outbound process: upsell & cross-sell executive and certification courses

4. inbound process: attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers

5. online chat process: be available to address any query coming through online chat mode
