Job description:
Provide freight service info to customers
Handle inbound/outbound calls
Search Clients from Google or Online exporter site & Generating Lead By Making Cold Call &
Emails
Cold calling from available data.
Resolve queries, encourage freight service purchases
Lead generation from database, online sources view Fix appointments, build client relationships
Achieve quarterly sales targets.
Deal with Shipping lines, Domestic and International Agents for Pricing requirements.
Ability to generate sales independently and leads.
Qualifications:
0-3 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
Good communication skills - Oral & Written.
