About the Role

We are expanding our Pune operations and looking for a dynamic Field Sales Engineer to drive trading business in Industrial Motors, VFDs (Drives), and Switchgear products. The candidate will focus on dealer development, OEMs, and end-user industries.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand trading business for:

LT Motors

Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)

Industrial Switchgear

Identify new OEMs, panel builders, system integrators, and end-user clients

Generate regular enquiries and convert them into orders

Price negotiation and order finalization

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers

Track competitor pricing and market trends

Ensure timely payment collection and credit discipline

Coordinate with suppliers for stock availability and delivery schedules

Candidate Profile

Education: BE / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Experience: 15 years in trading sales of Motors / Drives / Switchgear

Strong market network in Pune industrial belt preferred

Knowledge of industrial applications

Self-driven and target-oriented

Role Overview

Support field sales by handling quotations, follow-ups, and coordination for Motors, VFDs, and Switchgear trading business.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming enquiries from customers and dealers

Prepare competitive quotations

Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and stock

Follow up for order confirmation

Maintain enquiry-to-order conversion tracking

Assist in payment follow-ups

Maintain MIS reports

Candidate Profile

BE / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics

03 years experience (Freshers with strong product knowledge can apply)

Good communication and email drafting skills

Basic knowledge of motors, drives, and switchgear
