*Title:- Production Supervisor/Mould Changer/Mould Setting/Administration

*Job Summary:

A Production Supervisor is directly responsible for overseeing and organizing the equipment, staff, and processes on a production floor. They will oversee scheduling and routine production activities as well as acting as the first line of support for troubleshooting should problems arise. Operates controls to regulate temperature, pressure, speed and flow of operation.

*Experience:

- 2 to 5 years in Stretch Blow Moulding, Injection Moulding , Extrusion Blow Moulding.

- Only Male is required.

-Salary- Rs. 15,000..

*Key Responsibilities:

-Responsible for the production and quality of products, completing daily reports for production and payroll reporting purposes.

-Monitor closely of the production processes and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

- Schedules and directs leads, utilities, and mold changers in the Molding Department.

- Works with production control to obtain molding requirements.

-Works on maintaining the Methodology of Lean Manufacturing in the department.

- Trains all personnel in the department. Ensures that all personnel are trained with the help of trainers and leads.

-Reports all department and personnel issues.

- Resolves personnel issues in accordance to Company Policy Guidelines.

- Troubleshoots and resolves molding processes.

-Inspects and updates all set up sheets.

- Keeps department running with minimum down time.

- Continuously looks for ways to reduce costs in the department.

- Keeps the Molding Department in order.

- Schedules and directs mold changers through quick mold change (Quick Die Set Up) methodology.

*Skills Required:

- Proven leadership qualities in alignment with Company principles and core values.

- Proven skills in all aspects of Plastic product manufacturing.
