key responsibilities

• manage day-to-day it operations, including networks, servers, and end-user support.

• resolve technical issues on time.

• maintain it systems security, backups, and access control.

• coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and service support.

• plan basic it upgrades and improvements in line with business needs.

requirements

• diploma or degree in it, computer science, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in it support or systems administration, with some team-leading experience preferred.

• good knowledge of windows systems, networking, and common business applications.

• strong problem-solving skills and clear communication with non-technical users.

monday – friday - 08:00 am to 05:00pm

saturday – 08:00am to 12:00pm
