About Lucia: Fast-growing financial services company in Eluru offering investments, loans, insurance and advisory.

Role: Keep our branch systems, network and trading terminals running smoothly and securely.

Responsibilities: Install and troubleshoot desktops, laptops and printers; Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi, routers and firewall; Support trading terminals during market hours; Manage user accounts, email and backups; Apply updates and antivirus; Maintain CCTV and biometrics; Coordinate with vendors.

Requirements: //BCA/Diploma in CS or IT; 0-3 years IT support, freshers with hands-on skills welcome; Windows, hardware and networking basics (IP, DNS, DHCP); Linux/SQL or CCNA a plus.
