role overview:

we are looking for a sincere and dedicated influencer marketing intern who is fluent in both english and hindi. this role involves identifying, engaging, and managing influencer partnerships to drive brand growth. if you have a passion for social media, networking, and digital marketing, this opportunity is perfect for you!

key responsibilities:

• research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms

• communicate and build relationships with influencers for collaborations

• assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns

• track campaign performance and analyze engagement metrics

• maintain a database of influencers and manage outreach efforts

• coordinate with influencers to ensure content aligns with brand messaging

• stay updated on influencer trends and industry best practices

• assist in negotiations and partnership agreements

skills and qualifications:

• fluency in english and hindi (written & spoken)

• strong understanding of social media platforms (instagram, youtube, tiktok, etc.)

• excellent communication and negotiation skills

• ability to build and maintain professional relationships

• knowledge of digital marketing and influencer trends

• strong organizational and time-management skills

• ability to analyze campaign performance and generate reports

• passion for content creation and influencer engagement

• self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

• prior experience in influencer marketing (academic projects or freelance work) is a plus
