We are hiring for an ecommerce based company for Team Leader profile.

CTC: Up to 5lpa

Experience:

Minimum to 2 years experience as a Team Leader with excellent written and verbal communication.

Job Description:

- To handle a team of 20-25 associates and effectively manage them.

-To address, drive and handle the daily operational matrices and keep the team motivated to provide excellent customer experience.

-Managing team of Operation executives and meeting Operations Targets and KRA, alongside assisting in meeting day to day Operational Requirements.

-Ensuring that all guidelines, policies and procedures set by the organization is followed by self and the team.

-Handle customer complaints and take manager level escalation calls, whenever required with end to end closure

- Provide coaching and feedback to the required teams members.
