KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customize the application to meet specific customer needs.
- Develop templates according to customer specifications.
- Address and resolve technical / non-technical issues raised.
- Documentation of project and to collaborate with the internal teams to track progress.
- Deploy solutions for customers through application configuration.
- Ensuring the functionality and performance of the chatbot implementation.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries about the application and adjusting
processes as needed.
- Undertake additional tasks or projects as necessary.
- Keep abreast of product features and updates.
