key responsibilities:
1. client consultation & sales:
o conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients regarding immigration pathways (pr, work visas, job search programs, etc.).
o assess client eligibility and recommend suitable immigration programs.
o convert inquiries into successful sales by addressing concerns and explaining the benefits of immigration services.
2. lead management & follow-ups:
o contact inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and whatsapp.
o maintain a structured follow-up process to ensure high conversion rates.
o keep track of client inquiries and updates in the crm system.
3. market & industry knowledge:
o stay updated on immigration policies and trends for countries like canada, australia, the uk, germany, and others.
o ensure clients receive accurate and up-to-date information.
4. documentation & process guidance:
o guide clients on required documents, process timelines, and fee structures.
o work closely with the documentation team for application processing.
5. target achievement & reporting:
o meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
o provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management.
6. client relationship management:
o maintain professional and long-term relationships with clients.
o address post-sale concerns and assist clients during the application process.
7. collaboration & teamwork:
o work with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead conversion.
o provide feedback on marketing strategies and customer engagement.
requirements:
• experience: minimum years in immigration sales, overseas education, or related industries.
• skills: strong sales ability, negotiation skills, and excellent communication.
• knowledge: familiarity with visa application processes and immigration regulations.
• education: bachelor's degree or equivalent.
