- Accountable for end to end (entire) visa processing activity
- Assist clients with respect for visa documents
- Assess and evaluate the documents provided by the clients based on the category of the product they have been enrolled
- Ensure that all the information provided by the client is correct by cross verifying it with the provided documents
- Build a repo with clients, have positive approach and respond to their queries.
- Provide status of client-s application weekly.
- Take a rigorous follow up from the clients
- Revert on emails and call backs within a time frame decided by your reporting Manager
- Keep yourself updated with immigration legislation and its continual changes
- Ensure process quality and continuous improvement
- To achieve the objective of the process department . 100% customer satisfaction, 0% Escalations, 0% refund
- Help the co- team members with a positive approach
- File the applications on behalf of the client within the stipulated timeline provided by the government (Canada/Australia) or your reporting Manager
- Keep updated MPD (internal sheet of the company) on daily basis
- Helping the team to achieve the target set by the company and achieve individual targets as well, if any
