We are looking for a motivated Immigration Counsellor who will assist clients in understanding the immigration process. This position requires providing clear guidance and support to individuals seeking to move to another country. The ideal candidate will be based in Makarpura, Vadodara.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Consultations**: Meet with clients to discuss their immigration needs, providing personalized advice based on their specific situations and goals.

2. **Documentation Assistance**: Help clients prepare and organize necessary documents required for visa applications and other immigration processes to ensure they meet all criteria.

3. **Process Guidance**: Educate clients on the steps involved in the immigration process and keep them informed about any changes in immigration laws that may affect their applications.

4. **Follow-up Support**: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on their application status and to answer any questions they may have.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively explain complex information. An understanding of immigration processes is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided. The candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A friendly, approachable demeanor is important for creating a supportive environment for clients. Proficiency in basic computer applications is also expected, as record-keeping and communication will be managed through digital platforms.
