Ice Cream Maker - Vikas Puri Delhi

We are looking for an experienced Ice Cream Maker who is passionate about creating delicious ice cream products. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10 years of experience in the field and should have completed at least the 10th grade. This is a full-time position located in Vikas Puri and requires working from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare Ice Cream Mixtures: Accurately measure and mix ingredients to create base mixtures according to developed recipes. This ensures consistency and quality in flavor.

- Operate Machines: Utilize ice cream making equipment, including pasteurizers and churners, to produce ice cream in large batches. Understanding the machinery will help maintain efficiency and quality.

- Quality Control: Conduct regular taste tests and checks on texture and consistency to ensure the final product meets company standards. This is vital for customer satisfaction.

- Flavor Experimentation: Collaborate with the team to experiment with new flavors and ingredients. This keeps the product line innovative and appealing to customers.

- Clean and Maintain Equipment: Ensure all machines and work areas are clean and well-maintained to adhere to health and safety regulations. Cleanliness is essential for a safe working environment.

Required skills include a thorough knowledge of ice cream making techniques, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. You should also have the ability to work well under pressure and be a proactive problem solver. Good communication skills are important for working as part of a team.
