Job Description:-

HVAC Project Coordinator will support project planning, coordination, documentation, and execution activities for HVAC installations and services.

Key Responsibilities:-

Coordinate with project team, vendors, and clients

Track project schedules, material availability, and site progress

Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates

Support site teams in HVAC installation activities

Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items

Ensure work completion as per timelines and requirements

Requirements:-

Diploma/ in Mechanical preferred

Knowledge of HVAC systems and project processes

Good coordination, communication, and MS Office skills

Experience in HVAC projects preferred
