Good knowledge of HVAC Design/ HVAC System/ HVAC Equipment

Good Knowledge of heat load calculation/ HVAC Duct Design/ Piping Design

Preparation of technical schedules/BOQ/ Tender Documentation.

Good designing capability

Have good attitude and enthusiasm towards work.

Must be a well-organized and reliable resource.

Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings. Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.

Preparations of the ducting layout and piping layout

Co-ordinate with clients and consultant

Site visit for measurements and site survey.

Prepare a daily report of work.

Good knowledge of air-conditioning products, VRF system, Chiller, and AHU.
