We are looking for a Human Resources Recruiter to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will help identify and attract talented individuals for various positions within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Job Posting**: Create and publish job advertisements on various platforms to reach a wide pool of candidates.
- **Resume Screening**: Review incoming resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the necessary qualifications for available positions.
- **Interviews**: Coordinate and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit for the company culture.
- **Candidate Communication**: Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing them with updates and feedback.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure the recruitment process meets their expectations.
- **Database Management**: Maintain an organized database of candidates and track their progress through the recruitment pipeline.
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates and colleagues. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques is preferred but not mandatory. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn are important, as this position is suitable for recent graduates or those with minimal experience. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications is also essential. You should be comfortable working in an office environment and be able to manage your time efficiently to meet recruitment deadlines.
