HR Recruiter Fresher

We are seeking an enthusiastic Hr Recruiter Telecaller to manage both inbound and outbound communications with candidates applying for various positions. This is a full-time work-from-home opportunity based in Bangalore.

In this role, key responsibilities include contacting candidates to discuss job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback. You will be expected to maintain a clear communication line with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience. Additionally, you will assist in managing follow-ups and addressing candidate inquiries efficiently.

Candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of a 10th pass. We welcome individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to start their careers in human resources. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be engaging with diverse individuals. Familiarity with telecalling tools or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage but not required.
