Hiring For Human Resources Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 10 years of relevant experience and a professional qualification such as or PGDM. This full-time role requires the recruiter to work from the office and is key to finding and attracting the best talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms, including job boards and social media, to identify and engage potential candidates, expanding the talent pool for open positions.

- Screening Resumes: Assess resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the requirements of each position, ensuring that only qualified individuals move forward in the process.

- Conducting Interviews: Organize and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, facilitating a thorough selection process.

- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, ensuring that recruitment strategies align with company goals.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with candidates and team members. A solid understanding of recruitment tools and techniques is essential. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines will ensure success in this role.
