Opening For Human Resources Recruiter

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Recruiter to join our team in Gaya, India. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and hold a graduate degree. This full-time role involves working from the office and focuses on identifying and attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing Candidates: Actively find potential candidates through various channels such as job postings, social media, and networking to build a strong talent pool.

2. Conducting Interviews: Plan and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.

3. Coordinating with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.

4. Managing the Recruitment Process: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and the organization.

5. Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of candidate applications, interview notes, and hiring decisions to ensure compliance and facilitate future recruitment efforts.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with various stakeholders. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
