Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Pipeline Building
Design and implement overall recruiting strategies.
Source potential candidates through various channels: job portals (Naukri, Indeed), professional networks (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and social media.
Maintain a robust database of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
2. Screening & Selection
Review resumes and job applications to filter out the best matches.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate communication, attitude, salary expectations, and basic technical fit.
Coordinate and schedule technical or final interviews with internal hiring managers.
3. Offer Management & Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials.
Assist in negotiating salary offers and issuing offer letters.
4. Reporting & Compliance
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
Provide regular hiring status updates to upper management and stakeholders.
