Responsible for end-to-end bulk hiring and short-term recruitment across India, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring drives while managing candidate pipelines and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referral networks
Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist candidates based on role fitment
Organize and manage walk-in drives across PAN India locations
Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling and feedback
Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackers
Handle on-ground hiring activities including registrations and coordination
Follow up with candidates till joining to reduce dropouts
Support onboarding documentation and compliance processes
Generate daily/weekly reports on hiring metrics and progress
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any Graduate (Freshers only)
Mandatory Hindi proficiency (spoken & basic written)
Basic to intermediate English communication
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Willingness to travel anywhere in India on short notice
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Smartphone with internet access for recruitment activities
