Interview candidates ( via phone, video and in-person ). Advertise job openings on the company's career page, Social media, job boards, etc. Send job oer emails and answer queries about compensation and benets. Participate in recruitment-related events. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs. Required Candidate prole Good understanding of Recruitment, Compensation & Benet, Employee relations, Training & Development. People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Eective verbal & written communication skills. Self-motivated, organized & disciplined.
