Roles and Responsibilities
Provide data analytics support to HR Shared Services team by analyzing workforce data using tools like Power BI, Workday, and Advanced Excel.
Develop and maintain dashboards for HR reporting, including report generation, visualization, and distribution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
Participate in process improvements initiatives to enhance the efficiency of HR operations.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports and insights to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in HR Analytics or related field (Data Analysis/Data Analytics).
Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (/.).
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, Dashboard development, Report Generation & Distribution.
