*Job Title: HR Recruiter** We are hiring an **HR Recruiter** for a **Singapore-based company** with a work location in **Chennai**. ### Key Responsibilities: * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. * Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. * Handle candidate communication and ensure a smooth recruitment experience throughout the hiring process. * Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, documentation, and joining formalities. * Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. * Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports. * Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities. * Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards. * Support other HR activities as required. ### Requirements: * Minimum **2-5 years of experience in HR recruitment**. * Candidates with recruitment experience in the **Food & Beverage (F&B) industry** are preferred. However, candidates with strong general HR recruitment experience are also encouraged to apply. * Experience handling a high volume of candidate recruitment and interview coordination. * Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously. * Fluency in **Tamil** is mandatory.
