Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to join our team in Nashik. This role is crucial for managing our human capital effectively and fostering a positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Recruitment and Selection:** Actively participate in the hiring process by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department heads to identify staffing needs.

- **Employee Onboarding:** Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they understand company policies and culture through orientations and training sessions.

- **Performance Management:** Assist in developing and implementing performance evaluation systems that encourage staff development and address performance issues.

- **Employee Relations:** Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication between staff and management.

- **HR Policies Development:** Help create and update HR policies to comply with labor laws and enhance the workplace experience, ensuring clarity and fairness.

- **Training and Development:** Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- A Master’s degree in Business Administration (.) or Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is mandatory.

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively interact with employees at all levels.

- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and support employees.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and organization.

- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for fostering employee engagement and company culture.
