Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:-

Manage the complete recruitment, onboarding, and exit process, including identifying the right talents for our brand

Manage the internal and external communication between the upper management and other interns as well as colleges, applicants, etc., via email, social media, and miscellaneous written correspondence

Handle college relations and initiate sourcing and internship programs

Work on employer branding using various social media platforms (quora, Tumblr, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.) to market our brand and attract the best talent

Work on serving as a link between management and employees by handling queries, assigning tasks, and interacting with them whenever necessary as an executive assistant

Work on preparing a variety of correspondence and departmental forms and reviewing, editing, and formatting drafts and finalized materials to ensure that they are complete, accurate, and complying with policies and procedures

1. Are available for the work from home internship

2. Can start the work from home internship immediately (within 2 or 3 days)

3. Are available for a duration of 2 months

4. Have relevant skills and interests

5. Are studying and are currently not involved in an internship, job, freelance, or any other opportunities

6. Should be proficient in English and Hindi

7. Should be able to devote 5 hours minimum per day for the Virtual Internship (Flexible- 2-3 hours in between 10AM-6 PM and 1-2 hours in between 7PM-12 AM); 6-7 hours per day for full-time internship.
