Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship will give you exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and possesses strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support:

Post job openings and screen resumes

Schedule interviews and conduct initial phone screenings

Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress

Onboarding:

Assist with onboarding processes and documentation

Prepare orientation materials

HR Administration:

Maintain and update employee records

Prepare HR reports and documentation

Support day-to-day HR activities

Learning & Development:

Coordinate training sessions and live workshops

Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

Prior HR internship or experience is an advantage

Familiarity with HR software or ATS
