Key Responsibilities
1. Understanding Hiring Requirements
Coordinate with department managers to understand job vacancies.
Prepare job descriptions (JDs) and hiring specifications.
Plan recruitment strategies.
2. Sourcing Candidates
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company websites.
Search candidate databases and professional networking platforms.
Conduct campus recruitment and employee referral programs.
3. Screening Applications
Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Match candidate qualifications with job requirements.
Conduct initial phone or virtual screening interviews.
4. Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate interview rounds.
Maintain interview feedback records.
5. Candidate Assessment
Evaluate communication skills, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Verify candidate qualifications and work experience.
Conduct preliminary HR interviews.
6. Offer Management
Prepare offer letters.
Negotiate salary and benefits.
Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
7. Onboarding
Collect employee documents.
Coordinate joining formalities.
Conduct induction and orientation programs.
8. Recruitment Reporting
Maintain recruitment databases.
Prepare hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
Track hiring progress and vacancies.
