The HR Sourcing Specialist will focus on sourcing and screening talent across multiple roles while supporting the recruitment team in building a strong candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Source profiles using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms
Apply Boolean search techniques to identify relevant candidates
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and stakeholders
Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring trackers
Build and manage talent pipelines for recurring requirements
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment support
Strong knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Boolean search
Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools
Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
