Key Responsibilities:

® Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

® Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.

® Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances and issues.

® Oversee and enhance the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.

® Maintain pay structures, benefits programs, and compliance with legal frameworks.

® Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

® Assess training needs and implement employee development programs. ® Provide decision support to management through detailed HR metrics.

Requirements / Qualifications

® MBA/BBA in HR or related field from a reputed institution.

® Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and a native language.

® Proven ability in interpersonal relationship building across organizational levels.

® Highly proactive, results-driven, and team-oriented. ® Competence in negotiation and presentation skills.

Eligibility:
