📋 Internship Details

🏢 Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern

° Work Schedule:

Full-time only (no part-time options)

Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 5 PM

💸 Compensation Structure:

Stipend: ‚¹3,000/month

Recruitment Incentives:

‚¹1,000 per hired candidate who joins

If 5 or more join:

‚¹5,000 salary (in addition to the stipend)

‚¹1,000 to ‚¹1,500 additional incentive per candidate

📍 Joining Criteria:

Candidates must be hired through the official recruitment process to be onboarded as interns

🏖️ Leave Policy

Monthly Leave Entitlement:

1 Casual Leave + 1 Sick Leave (2 total per month)

Special Leave:

1 leave on birthday

Leave Restriction:

Taking more than 2 leaves in a month will result in the cancellation of the ‚¹3,000 stipend
