Job Title: HR Executive
Experience: 1-3 Years
Location: Udaipur
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
Post job openings on portals and manage candidate pipeline
Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule further rounds
2. Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities
Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment
Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention
3. HR Operations & Administration:
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
Assist in onboarding and induction process for new hires
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices
Qualification & Skills
MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
