key responsibilities:

manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

post jobs on portals and source profiles through multiple channels.

coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring requirements.

maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

eligibility:

education: graduate in any discipline.

experience: minimum 6 months 1 year in hr recruitment (insurance/banking hiring preferred).

gender: preferable female

communication skills: good communication and interpersonal skills.

process details:

shift timings: 10 am 7 pm.

salary: 10,000 15,000 per month (based on experience).
