Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Post jobs on portals and source profiles through multiple channels.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Eligibility:
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 6 months 1 year in HR recruitment (insurance/banking hiring preferred).
Gender: Preferable Female
Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Process Details:
Shift Timings: 10 AM 7 PM.
Salary: 10,000 15,000 per month (based on experience).
