key responsibilities:

handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding

manage hr operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance

foster a positive workplace culture and manage grievance redressal

maintain employee records and performance evaluation systems

coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing needs.

qualifications & skills:

bachelor's degree (mba/pgdm in hr preferred)

6 month to 2 years of experience in hr, preferably

strong communication and interpersonal skills

familiarity with hrms and payroll systems

ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced setup
