We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities-
* Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions and ability to independently manage HR operations.
* Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliances applicable to mining establishments (Odisha).
* Handling compliance under EPF Act, ESI Act, Payment of Wages Act,
* Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act,
* Contract Labour Act, and Labour Welfare Fund Act.
* Preparation and filing of statutory returns through Shram Suvidha Portal,
* EPFO, ESIC, and other government portals.
* Maintenance of statutory registers: Attendance Register, Wage Register,
* Leave Register, Overtime Register, Accident Register, Inspection Register and Employee Master Records.
* Monthly PF & ESI contribution filing and reconciliation.
* Attendance marking, payroll coordination, and employee record
* maintenance as per government norms.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) for HR documentation and reporting.
* Clear and legible handwriting.
